  • All orders are shipped via USPS within 1 business days of order placement.
  • We ship orders on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We currently ship to the USA
  • We include a packing slip with every order, two or more slips if the package includes a combined order.
  • We ship with a United States Postal Service tracking number.

SHIPPING FAQ
  • Every order receives an email confirmation. Once your order ships, another email is sent. Please make sure we have your correct email address! Check your spam or junk folder for your shipping confirmation if you don’t see it in a reasonable amount of time (see turnaround times below). Be sure to check the USPS tracking number on https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input  Then watch for your package.
  • How soon will my order be processed?
We strive to handle orders quickly. All orders will ship within 1 business days. The method you chose at checkout will determine how long it takes in transit with the USPS!
  • Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
Joyful-Creations.com takes every step possible to ensure the correct delivery of your packages. We use Stamps.com to ship. They use the USPS database to verify the validity the the mailing address that you provide. If we cannot verify your location we will email you to cancel your order to combat fraud.

USPS has been overwhelmed with the increase in e-commerce orders so please check your tracking number and watch for your deliveries. Remember that your mail carrier scans the packages as delivered. Joyful-Creations.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, particularly when delivery is confirmed by the postal carrier.

If you have any changes or concerns about your shipping address after you have placed an order, let us know as soon as possible. If the order is shipped to the wrong address, we must wait until it’s returned to us to reship it. Choose the most secure address, such as a work address. We are not responsible for an order that USPS says has been delivered. Packages were often brought in by a family member who failed to tell the recipient their package had arrived, or accidentally delivered to a neighbor.
Sometimes an order is lost or misplaced during transit. It rarely happens but it can, especially during the busy holiday seasons. But, once in a long while, a package never arrives. If, after 6 weeks of searching the package still does not show up, we will offer to replace or refund. Since this is a rarity, we will offer to do this only once per customer in a lifetime.
  • Can I combine orders?
Yes! We combine your orders received the same day to ship together.

FOR UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS:
FREE USPS First Class: Your order will ship from our office within 1 business days of receipt and have a USPS tracking number. Once your order ships, it can take 5-7 days for your package to arrive.

$8 USPS Priority: Your order will ship from our offices within 1 business days of receipt and have a USPS tracking number. Once your order ships, it can take 2-3 days to for your package to arrive.

FOR APO/FPO: Your order must use Priority Mail Service and will ship from our offices within 1 business days of receipt and have a USPS tracking number. Once your order ships, it can take an unknown amount of time for your package to arrive.
